The climate

Mugla has a very pleasant climate. The position on a plateau, 630 meters above sea level, grants Mugla the advantages of inland, mountainous climate.

Even during the hottest summer month, when the thermometer climbs up to over 40 degrees Celsius at times, it is usually still very pleasant in Mugla thanks to some wind blowing. The air is mostly dry, contrary to the beaches, where you would encounter high humidity.
